New Requirements of Manifest Filling Issued by General Administration of Customs, P.R.China

Recently the Announcement No.56 of 2017 issued by General Administration of Customs, P.R.China is a hot topic, because of its influence on manifest filling which is a very main part during the export business. And here we’d like to share it with you all to reduce some needless trouble.

The announcement aims to adjust the Exit and Entry Conveyance of water and air and the supervision of manifests. From June 1, 2018, all export cargo will be pre-declared for new manifest.

According to the new requirements of manifest filling, we need provide some basic information about consignee, namely:

• Name
• Country Code
• Enterprise Code which is the most important part(Such as VAT No., EIN in USA etc.)
• Address
• Email

All these information need providing in advance and for coercion.
